Social media scheduling for agencies and client teams

Keep each client's accounts and content with the people responsible for them. SyncUpSocial combines connected social accounts, client teams, draft discussions, and scheduling inside a workspace.

One workspace, a team for each client

A workspace owns the connected accounts. Create a team for Client A and another for Client B, then assign the relevant accounts and collaborators to each team. An editor on Client A can work on that team's posts without receiving access to Client B's drafts.

Workspace owners and administrators can look across the teams. Assigning an account to more than one team lets those teams use the account while keeping their drafts and discussions separate.

Give collaborators the access their work needs

Invite teammates by email and choose a role for each client team. A person can contribute to one client and review another client's work without becoming a workspace administrator.

  • Manager: manage team membership and invitations, and edit content.
  • Editor: prepare drafts and schedule posts for assigned accounts.
  • Reviewer: read team content and comment on drafts.
  • Viewer: read the team's content.

Workspace owners and administrators manage account assignments and access across teams. Keep these roles with the people responsible for the agency's overall account setup.

Discuss drafts before scheduling

Use draft comments to ask for changes to copy, media, or the intended account. Reviewers can leave feedback; editors make the changes and schedule the post when it is ready. Agree on who checks the final version: comments support review, but they do not enforce an approval gate.

For early ideas that do not have a destination account yet, use Writing Zone. When preparing a publishing draft, choose its destination accounts and adapt the content for each network.

Example: two clients sharing one agency

  1. Create the agency workspace and connect the social accounts you manage.
  2. Create a team for each client and assign its connected accounts.
  3. Invite the writer as an editor and the reviewer as a reviewer on the appropriate team.
  4. Prepare a draft, resolve feedback, and check its destination accounts and time zone.
  5. Schedule the post, then check its publishing result and available platform analytics.

A workspace administrator can switch between the two client teams or view content across them. The collaborators continue working within their assigned teams.

Check platform requirements and plan limits

Publishing formats, account permissions, and analytics differ by network. Review the social media integrations before planning a campaign. Check current pricing for connected-account and user limits, and verify the terms at checkout.
